TACC Roadside Help
Did you know your local participating TACC Accredited member can offer free roadside assistance for up to 12 months after your car service or repair?
To reward their valued customers, participating TACC Accredited members can present their customers with a complementary TACC Roadside Help voucher, following your vehicle's service or repair. TACC Roadside Help entitles recipients to assistance if their vehicle runs out of fuel, has a dead battery, a flat tyre or their vehicle breaks down and needs a tow. The certificate is valid for a minimum of six months, and there is also an optional 12-month version available at the discretion of the issuer.
If you experience a problem with your vehicle, and cannot drive it, call our dedicated customer assistance centre for prompt roadside help. If the visiting TACC Roadside Help provider cannot rectify the issue at the point of breakdown, they will tow your vehicle back to your certificate (voucher) issuer for repair.
Enquire with your TACC Accredited member about receiving a complimentary TACC Roadside Help voucher when booking your next vehicle service or repair.
