Many TACC members will have had the experience of a customer failing to collect a vehicle after a repair or quote and you having to find the space to store it and chase the customer to pay and collect it.

On 30 May 2018 an Extraordinary General Members Meeting was held at VACC House to consider and vote on proposed alterations to the VACC constitution. At this meeting a ballot was taken on the proposed alterations and the proposed changes were endorsed. Consequently an application to alter the rules of the association has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission. Information posted 1 June 2018.
