Issues accessing repair information & parts

Access to vehicle repair information is becoming more and more important and in some cases a necessity when you factor in software updates (pass thru) required when performing general service work.

Unfortunately another worrying trend emerging which will impact the independent repair network as well as consumers is the restrictions placed on authorised dealers by the manufacturers not to sell selective parts outside the dealer network.

In order to combat these issues we are asking for your help. The report an issue portal has been developed so that we can gather evidence needed to identify any systemic and or systematic problems that might be occurring, and then use the provisions of the agreement to bring such matters to the attention of appropriate organisations and identify and implement solutions.
