Members have been previously advised about changes to the law regarding the use, proposal or reliance of unfair contract terms in standard form contracts. From 9 November 2023 unfair contract terms will be illegal.
There have been important and substantial changes to the VACC Agreements for the Sale of New and Used Motor Cars.
While there has been a slight delay in the printing of the new agreements, VACC makes available, for a limited time, a printable versions of the new Terms and Conditions:
