TACC launches Roadside Help TV campaign

21 JULY 2023

A new TV commercial shows Tasmanian motorists they really are in good hands.

Shot on location outside Richmond, Tasmania, and at TACC Accredited member business, JP Automotive in Hobart CBD, the 30-second commercial also features TACC body repair and towing member, Wells Bodyworks.

The advertisement promotes the TACC Roadside Help program.

"Participating TACC Accredited members can offer their customers TACC Roadside Help vouchers they can redeem if they break down and require a tow, run out of fuel or get a flat tyre or dead battery. It's a great way to build customer loyalty," TACC State Manager Bruce McIntosh said.

"TACC Roadside Help is a genuine offer that benefits Tasmanian motorists, while helping to grow TACC Accredited member-businesses by keeping the work within the accredited 'family'. It's a win-win, so I encourage all TACC members to get involved," Mr McIntosh said.

TACC Accredited members can purchase TACC Roadside Help vouchers by calling their Area Managers (Darren Anderson, North, on 0400 442 203; or Anthony Cowley, South, on 0419 136 027) or from Vannessa Lucas at TACC House on 03 6278 1611.

Non-accredited TACC members who wish to benefit from the TACC Roadside Help program can apply for TACC Accreditation via their Area Managers.
