Spirit Super has partnered with insurers, MetLife, and Teladoc Health to offer a safe and convenient way for our members and their immediate families to access virtual health services at no extra cost through 360Health Virtual Care, an integrated healthcare program with virtual consultations.

With 360Health Virtual Care, you can tap into a range of services including:

• Mental health assist – get mental health guidance that could change your life.
• Second medical opinion – request a second opinion on any medical condition.
• GP online – submit your questions to a team of Australian GPs and received a detailed written response within a day.
• Nutrition consultation – ask a specialist your nutrition-related questions and set goals you’d like to achieve.
• Fitness and recovery – receive quick and tailored advice to help achieve your fitness or recovery goals.

MetLife is the appointed Group insurer for Spirit Super. Access to these services will be at MetLife’s reasonable discretion and is for all eligible Spirit Super members who have received a specific code to activate the service. MetLife reserves the right to reasonably discontinue or change the services at any time.
