Mental health program launch

Fine Tuning Automotive Mental Health, a program funded by WorkSafe’s WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund, has been developed by VACC and its program partner, Alcohol and Drug Awareness Australia.

The free program aims to assist employers in the automotive industry to manage and control risk factors associated with poor mental health in the work environment. Participating employers will gain access to a program facilitator, who will:

• Assess current workplace practices
• Suggest helpful improvements
• Develop an easy-to-implement action plan
• Provide resources and ongoing guidance.
