Q: I have a valid VACC Roadside Assist and I have more questions, who do I contact?

A: For all enquiries regarding existing VACC Roadside Assist cover contact the VACC Roadside Assist Team by email at roadside@vacc.com.au and we will respond as soon as we can. For breakdown assistance, call the 1300 number on your RA Card.

Q: When does my VACC Roadside Assist expire?

A: You expiry date was communicated to you by email when you first activated your VACC Roadside Assist card. If you received or purchased a VACC Roadside Assist card, since Feb 2020, you need to return to the place of purchase.
