VACC launches Automotive Industry Awards

1 December 2022

The Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC) has launched its reimagined 2023 industry recognition program under the banner of Automotive Industry Awards (AIA).

“The new Automotive Industry Awards now incorporates the awards programs run individually for Victorian and Tasmanian members. We will also recognise our apprentices from across both states, and the program will culminate with the President’s Gala Dinner, so it’s a very big campaign,” said VACC CEO Geoff Gwilym.

Applications for the 2023 Automotive Industry Awards (AIA) are open now.

“Entering the AIA is a great way to showcase member businesses and their staff’s achievements. Finalists and winners will gain recognition for their successes, which is a great way for members to promote their businesses to consumers,” said Mr Gwilym.

Award winners will be revealed at the 2023 President’s Gala Dinner. Hosted by Shane Jacobson, the gala will be a jam-packed evening of entertainment, gourmet food and drinks, magic, music, and dancing. The next generation, VACC and TACC Automotive Apprenticeships’ award winners and graduating apprentices, will also be celebrated on the night.

Members who submit their AIA applications in December 2022 get exclusive access to premium seats at the 2023 President’s Gala Dinner.
