About the DTP-VACC Lunchbox Sessions
Session #1 of the DTP - VACC Lunchbox Sessions will kick off on 17 July 2024. This session is the first in a series of four separate webinars that will take place in two-week intervals from the 17 July – 28 August 2024. The four sessions will address issues of LMCT interests in regard to obligations as a provider under your agreement and system. One session will be specifically targeted towards LMCTs who also are accredited to be a Licensed Vehicle Tester (LVT).
The DoT-VACC LMCT Lunchbox Sessions will be available for all Victorian LMCTs.

- Compliance Activity Findings and Common Issues: An overview of the latest findings from compliance activities and audits, highlighting common issues faced by LMCTs.
- Common Issues Identified in Audits of LMCTs: Insights into frequently encountered problems during audits, and how to avoid them.
- Information Security and Privacy Protection: Best practices for ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information.
- Registration and Transfer Activities: Guidelines on the timeliness, completeness of paperwork, submission, and document retention for registration and transfer activities.
- Repeat Issues: An analysis of recurring issues and strategies for addressing them effectively.
Resolving Issues with the Dealer Support Team: A discussion on how to work with the Dealer Support Team to resolve compliance issues, and the potential ramifications of not responding to identified problems.
