October – Scheduling & Maximizing Your Workflow

In many shops, chaos ruins the day. What most shops don’t realize is that chaos’ primary contributor is “work in process” (WIP). During Scheduling & Maximizing Your Workflow you will receive the education and tools to determine how many repair jobs to bring in each day and also what mix of small, medium and large jobs to create more productivity with less stress.

November – Differentiating Your Business Through the Customer Experience

There are many marketing strategies available to collision repairers, but none more effective than word of mouth.
