Recycling grants from Sustainability Victoria

Sustainability Victoria has launched a $5 million Recycling Victoria Markets Acceleration Fund to support Victorian businesses, research institutes and industry to develop and commercialise new uses for recycled materials, such as end-of-life tyres.

Grants between $30,000 and $400,000 are available for projects that identify and develop new uses for recyclable materials. In particular, those that target materials subject to the national waste export bans such as plastics, tyres and glass. Applicants are required to contribute $1 for every dollar funded by the Victorian Government.

Applications close on Thursday 2 June 2022 at 11:59pm.
