Coronavirus: Six-month loan repayment deferrals

20 MARCH 2020

The Australian Banking Association (ABA) has announced Australian banks will defer loan repayments for small businesses affected by COVID-19 for six months. VACC applauds the decision – which will apply to more than $100 billion existing loans – on behalf of its members, the majority of which run small businesses.

The Chamber urges members to contact their bank and ask for help.
