Due to Continued growth we have a Service Advisor position available at our Swan Hill Branch!
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Quoting & invoicing services & repairs
- Assist customers with service enquiries & needs
- Take service bookings & attend to phone/email enquiries
- Keep track of work being done on vehicles
- Liaise with Volvo head office
- Process Warranty claims
- Liaise with mechanics, engineers and other staff in workshop
- Assist in looking after staff training programs.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Have good mechanical knowledge (preferably with Trucks)
- Have previous experience working in a warranty clerk role
- Have job costing and invoicing skills
- Volvo experience would be an advantage
- Attention to detail & strong organisation skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written & verbally
- Able to work min 40 hours per week
- Self-Motivated & able to work in a team environment.
